New Equipment Installs: When installing new equipment you can choose to get a fixed price quote for the cost of the install or just bill the install time against your support plan hourly rate, the choice is yours.
All Services Plans include a Max 4 Business Hour response to service requests. All requests must be placed through the online service ticket system or by calling the office at (305) 900-4632 where a ticket will be created for you.
* Additional or overrun backup storage beyond plan limit usage is billed at $95 per 100GB.
**NEWS is short for Network Early Warning System. Our device monitoring system provides alerts via iPhone Push, SMS, and email. Notifications include: Disk space usage, Memory usage, CPU usage, Up time, Process Monitoring, Console and Remote Keyboard and Mouse Access reporting, and General health of your critical systems. Our standard non-service agreement hourly rate is $165.00 per hour.
